AUTHOR AND PUBLISHER AGREEMENT          A  Z

Author Zoom Publishing House (AZ) is a self-publishing house incorporated in India under the companies act 1956 having its registered office at 6 new Katra road second floor C block.

Under the companies act 1956, we have got permission to impose certain terms and conditions.

In order to maintain a cordial relationship between you and us, it is necessary to impose these terms and conditions. With this, we will be able to work honestly on your project and there will be no problem between you and us in the future.

AZ Publishing house, is a self-publishing house, a place where spread your wings, gives you many offers and opportunities to increase an author in you and become a bestselling author but some privacy policies which mandatory for author zoom you should follow.

NOW THEREFORE  

A. If you wish to join AZ to publish your book, you should agree and follow to these terms and conditions. 

Consideration

  1. once you have connected with Author Zoom, under the consideration term, we will discuss your book content, and title and check that this content completely is yours or a copy of others.
  2. If your content is found to be a copy of someone else, then we will not be obliged in any way to publish your book. In such a case, Author Zoom will refuse to print your book and will share Rs-1000 from the amount you paid to publish your book.

PUBLISHING PROCESS

  1. When we start the publishing process on your book, we will discuss the book content, cover design, inner page design, title, editing, and formatting which is completely free via Author Zoom.  
  2. The publishing process of the book may take approx. 20 to 30 days to complete, please be patient and don’t make any pressure on the Author Zoom’s team. Your deviation may consider against the terms and conditions of Author Zoom. 
  3. Please be patient while working on the book and contact us for suggestions and queries if you need them.  

WITHIN FIVE DAYS YOU JOIN TO AZ

1. Within 5 days to joining AUTHOR ZOOM, if you think that you don’t want to publish your book from Author Zoom, then Author Zoom will share a thousand rupees from the package you have chosen to publish your book.

WITHIN THIRTY DAYS YOU JOIN TO AZ 

  1. Within thirty days or when your book has completed all the works/ criteria and will be ready to publish, at the time you want your book back from AZ, your book will be returned to you but no package’s amount will be returned. Because we charged money from you to work on your book and publish it. All the work would have been completed by that time, in such case if you take your book back from AZ, now because by the time we would have finished all the work of your book, therefore only your book will be returned but not money.    
  2. Once we have completed all the works of your book, whether the book has been listed on social media or not, after all the process if you want to take your book back from AZ, you can but in this case, only your book will be returned but not money.
  3. Condition 1 from WITHIN FIVE DAYS YOU JOIN TO AZ.

Condition 1 from WITHIN THIRTY DAYS YOU JOIN TO AZ.

And condition 2 from WITHIN THIRTY DAYS YOU JOIN TO AZ are applicable on all the packages except goal oriented and passionate author. These conditions will applicable even if there is any types of offers on the packages. 

  1. If any such offer is applied on the packages of the goal-oriented and passionate author, where the amount of the package has been halved, under those offers and with those offers if apply any other, but if your book work is also completed even then you want take back your book, then whether the book has been listed at any social media or not, in such case, the full amount of package of the goal-oriented and passionate author will be kept by the AUTHOR ZOOM. 
  2. Instead of having the money on the goal-oriented and passionate author packages, if any other offer is applied, under those offers too, if all the work of your book is completed, even then if you want to take your book back, then AZ will keep a thousand rupees, and rest of money of the package will return you with the book.    

 

  1. Instead of halving the money of the packages of Goal oriented and passionate authors, AZ applied such an offer where some material like posters, visiting cards, and author copies are given at free cost, and the book publishing process also has been completed, after you decide that you don’t want to publish your book by AZ, then AZ will keep the amount of free material that is given with a thousand rupees under the term WITHIN FIVE DAYS YOU JOIN TO AZ and will return you rest of money.
  2. If any such offer is made for the goal-oriented and passionate author, whereby cards, posters, author copies or any other physical material is given in free of cost with halved the amount

then AZ will only keep the amount of the package but will not be charged a single penny of free material even if you want to take your book back.  

  1. 45 days after publishing the book, you want to take your book back, if you choose any package from the package of goal-oriented and the passionate author, whether any offer has been applied on these packages or not, but the amount doesn’t halve, then fifty present money will be return by AZ.
  2. 60 days of publishing the book.  Now you want to take your book back, and if you choose any package from the package of the goal-oriented and passionate author. And amount doesn’t be halve of the package that you chose, then AZ will not be return a single penny of the package but your book will be returned

FOR THE REST OF THE PACKAGES 

  1. If you want to take your book back within five days, then AZ will charge a thousand rupees and the rest of the money will return to you with the book content.
  2. If you want to take your book back under the thirty days, then AZ will not return any amount of the package that you have selected to publish your book.  
  3. Under any packages with the goal-oriented and passionate author, if you have paid separately to promote your book and if you want to take your book back under the five days, then AZ will kept a thousand rupees and rest of money will return you with the book and with the separately paid amount.
  4. If you want to take your book back under the thirty days, if you taken any other package from the rest of packages instead of goal-oriented and passionate author, in such case AZ will return to you only separately paid amount if you have paid to promote your book, not package amount. under the 45 days, 50% of the money will be returned, under the 60 days or above 60% will not be returned any amount of the separately paid amount if you have paid to promote your book.

UNDER THE LAW  

  1. No matter how many days it has been since the book was published, No matter how many weeks it has been since the book was published, No matter how many months it has been since the book was published and No matter how many years it has been since the book was published or whatever time it has been since the book was published, at the time we come to know that the content of your book is someone else’s copy or stolen content (plagiarism content) then we will reject/return your book immediately. 
  2. If you have given us the stolen content to publish or if you have stolen the book content from someone else’s book, it is called (plagiarism content) at any time if any dispute arises for such content, such case Author Zoom, including the owner/founder of AZ, any employee of AZ by whatever designation he/she holds, shall not be liable in any way for any such dispute.
  3. In case of stolen literature, only the author or the person will be responsible who gave the content to us to publish. 
  4. If the author is dead, after we come to know that his/her content was stolen from the other author, writer, poet and any other person or content comes under the plagiarism, in such situation, author Zoom, including owner/founder of AZ, any employee of AZ by whatever designation he/she holds, shall not be liable in any way for any such dispute.
  5. Any case of plagiarism in any nature- novel, poetry, story, short story, the lyric of song and movie script, but author Zoom, including owner/founder of AZ, any employee of AZ by whatever designation he/she holds, shall not be liable in any way for any such dispute. For this only the person will be responsible who gave us the content of the book, whether he/she/they are alive or dead. 
  6. For any case of plagiarism, author Zoom, including owner/founder of AZ, any employee of AZ by whatever designation he/she holds, to them, financial, mental, physical, otherwise or anyhow shall not be harassed on behalf of author/person who gave us the content of the book to publishing, behalf of the original owner of the literature or behalf of the person who claims that the content of the book actually belongs to him/her.
  7. Because we have already stated our terms & conditions, therefore AZ, including

Owner/Founder of AZ, any employee of AZ by whatever designation he/she holds will not be responsible in the future of any question/answer if any is missed. Therefore it’s your responsibility that you should properly read these terms & conditions before giving us your book content to publish.  

  1. In case of plagiarism, on behalf of the author, the person who claims for the content, poet or any other person who claims that the content is their own, in such case, AZ, Owner/ Founder of AZ, or any employee of AZ will not be responsible for all of these, nor shall be entitled to punishment by these people. Because we are understood the value of rules of the government and of the country. And we already kept these rules in our terms & conditions section as much as possible. We are following these rules too.    
  2. Join to AZ when you have properly read and understand all the terms & conditions of AZ. IF YOU AGREE, WRITE ‘YES’ IN GIVEN 

AZ Publishing house, a place where spread your wings, gives you many offers and opportunities to increase an author in you and become a bestselling author but some privacy policy which mandatory of author zoom you should follow.

  1. Once you connect with us to publish your book, and your book publishing process is completed by the author zoom publishing house after you decide you don’t want to publish your book from us, you can but money can’t be returned.

  2. Condition 1 is applied on all offer prices and on author zoom’s first two prices for my package and possible.

  3. Goal-oriented and passionate author from author zoom prices will return you fifty percent money.

  4. Once you register with us to publish your book and if we completed the fifty percent publishing process on your book then you decide that you can’t publish your book with us, we will return you your seventy percent money.  

  5. Things whatever is needed to author zoom to publishing your book, have to do.

  6. Images which are needed for your book may be free or maybe not, we can provide a suitable cover suggestion for your book but you want to be taken by your side and if its price has been out of your package, it's charged by you.

  7. Any image which issues to any other author, you can’t demand that image.

  8. You can’t copy any image from author zoom.

  9. After three months if you want completely return your book and go to another publisher to publish your same book, we can’t return your money even whatever package you have chosen.

  10. Definitely we are in the process and giving our 100% to sell and viral your book and reach your audience, but if your book does not sell, you don’t apply pressure on author zoom.

  11. As an author some pages of your book, book cover, one your personal profile and one with your book, short video with your book with a short description of the book, (video length above two minutes max five minutes) we have upload at our website. As per our privacy policy, you can’t say no, it’s also profitable for you.
